• Experience in a major consulting firm or banking firm
• Engages with senior business stakeholders, senior technology stakeholders, project, programme managers and product owners

• Works within most critical and complex technology projects - likely to span across multiple business units and / or geographies
• Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)
• Analyse and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes  
• Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reports
• Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice
• Develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes
• Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies
• Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues
• Experience of Capital Markets, Asset Management, Financial Services and Insurance highly advantageous

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP etc.) and databases
• Three to four years’ experience with agile methodologies and/or Design thinking
• Experience of business design, research and analysis in medium sized programmes

About the projects you will work on

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.

You will work on projects with a leading company in digital transformation with a passion for technology and innovation in sectors such as banking (35 of the main banks worldwide work with our client), insurance, industrial and automotive in Big Data projects, Blockchain , AI, Cloud, among others.
